    Just had new combi boiler fitted (worcester) replacing the old back boiler. All fitted well and working fine, except now when the cold water is opened there is a loud bang, (only very slight bang on hot water) just the one then fine, no noise when closed . Can't locate the noise for sure but...

    faulty lock on front door

    After taking the holding scew out of the barrel, you will have to put the key in and give it a turn while removing the barrel. If something has broken inside the lock, to save further damage/problems (you don't know what's left in there) , might just be easier to change lock?

    So...at the moment i have Sky, but as i'm moving soon (and a tight arse) i've decided to cancel my sky subscription! Can anyone tell me, if i keep the box and dish, if it would be possible to still watch anything (eurosport in particular) through the system?

    Heater element, can i change it myself ??

    My heater element has packed up, so needs replacing. It's a Pullin type.PC27 3KW. Does anyone know if this is a 'straitforward' job for a non plumber ? If so how do you get the thing out? All help gratefully welcomed
