done a bit of a typo there was ment to read £2,500/£3,000 so like said not far off. Yep its empty and all the walls are beeing ripped out so all new walls, and most can be routed in the roof. As for a qualified spark theres a few i know in the trade for 20yrs pluss so no probs there cheers

Whats the problem with the old ceiling that cant be stabilized and plasterd. Id advise you to get somone in if youve never plasterboarded,tapped and filled before as as said before..it WILL look crap if not done correctly :wink:
