Slow pressure loss in central heating

A very generic question, but what sort of pressure loss in a central heating system is considered to be 'okay', I.e doesn't warrent any further leak investigations? I started with a loss of about 0.5bar a week, reduced that to 0.1bar a week by replacing some old cast iron column radiators...

Eb fault code on Viessman 200 boiler

Just thought I'd update on this as I know many people post problems but less people post the causes once they are fixed. Had the plumber round and he diagnosed a restriction in the pipework. Found the flow pipe was almost completely blocked, this led to the flow temperature sensor responding...

    Forum Rule 9

I understand what you are saying breezer, but I believe that if you have enough feedback on a certain topic you can start to get a really good idea of what you should be paying. I plan to work on cost calculators to include all the little extras, look at variation by location on the UK, and most...

    Forum Rule 9

I like the diynot forum a lot, but am frustrated by rule 9 (dont ask about quotes and prices) as I feel this could be a good topic of conversation. Instead check out **LINK REMOVED** where there is a free for all discussion on the price of UK services
