Thanks Sparky, I do appreciate your time. The three conventional fuses are all OK F1, F2 & F3. F2 is 21VAC the one you mention? PCB U/S?

I would say it’s the transformer input fuse on the pcb ....it’s the normal one that goes when the battery is faulty and it overloads the transformer ....did you remove the fuse to test it ?
