The slats under the mattress on my single sized bed have broken, and I would like to get a single piece of wood (sized 191cm by 91cm) to replace them - and stop dips in the middle.

The crack is only 2cm and very thin - and is on the outside of the french window, my flat is 3 floors up .

The colour chart for LED bulbs was good - I like 4000K. I would like a good bright light in my lounge and hallway.
As the LEDS seem to be measured in lumens now, what would 4000K be?
Hi - I have some Ikea 18W energy saving bayonet light bulbs which are good - they never blow, but they give a yellow light out.
Any recommendations for a good bayonet bright light - energy saving and good lifespan?

Hi,
I have some double glazing PVC type windows, and the screw has come loose in it's socket - see image below.
When I tighten it gently it holds then gives - there is a risk of it becoming threaded.
What do I do to solve this?
