This guy was a real chancer, a certain item went missing as well and we were blaming the builder but soon realised that it was probably him. Glad to get rid of him. I don't understand all your ptfe's etc but thanks for your help.

My heater (Zip Aquapoint 111) is leaking from the area where the blue rubber is, what do I need to do to fix it?

Our central heating is working fine for five radiators but the other two which are the furthest away from the Stanley range only get slightly lukewarm, they are never hot. Bleeding them changes nothing, any ideas?

Sorry, it was the throttle I meant...it starts and idles but when I press the throttle, it cuts out.

My strimmer, which is about one year old is not behaving. It starts ok but, but as soon as I press the 'lever' (Can't remember what you call it) fully, it cuts out. I thought it might be needing a new air filter but it seems clean enough. Any ideas?

Oil fired 60k Super Star...the reset button is the one on top left door (the burner). Most of the radiators are heating ok but the two furthest away ones in the bedrooms are not getting as hot as the others,I bled them but no improvement.

I have a Stanley cooker which was in the house when we bought it, one of the brown ones which are, at least, ten years old. The thermostat reset button has come out, and the instructions are simply to pop it back in. However, when I pop it back in, it pops back out and will not stay in. What can...
