I have also checked the wiring to the elements with a multimeter and it shows no power being delivered to them. The thermostat light works and youi can hear the thermostat click when the temperature control is switched on.

Hi I am about to tile a plywood fllor with ceramic tiles. Do I need to size the floor beforehand? If so with what and how long do I leave it? Also when covering other types of wood with tiles do I need to do the same? Thanks
