    Which wall? There is a cavity wall + hard board then porch then hard board to living. There was barely any mould on that cavity side. Little bit, wipped easy. Thing is that it smells bad there as there is no fresh air coming in. And there was no fresh coming in for few years.

    First quote I have got today was for £1350 + VAT on top of that for removing down stairs cupboard insulation boards. Seem to be quite expensive. Did you have removed heating system + boards + pipe that goes up to the loft? for that £1200 inc vat
