No hot water in taps, but central heating working fine

I can set the central heating temperature on the device, and I have a thermostat controller (Honeywell CM907) where I set the heating schedule. I don't have any other controller to set the hot water (tap) temperature. AND this system has...

What tape to use for wall edges and corners

Thanks daggermark. However, I actually was talking about the tape they use on corners, and paint over them. I don't know the technical term for the corners, but I've attached an image. Advice on new shed

Thanks for the advice. Is there a lighter felt I can use? I wanted to nail it horizontally. 4 m at a stretch, as the shed I'm building is around 4x4m. If I can't use felt, can I leave the OSB3 wood exposed? or is there something else I can cover it with? or maybe treat it with some liquid?

Hi, On the first floor of my terraced house, the front part protrudes from the front facade and instead of tiles above, it has a flat roof. Taken this image from Google Maps. Now this part of the ceiling has been suffering from condensation leading to a light mould growth. There is also a...

Right additive to make cement waterproof

When you say "sbr the area before applying cement", you mean, I first chip the dash coat off, then on the base, I first apply the sbr liquid, right? And once this dries, then apply the cement mixture, right? Also, do I need to add the sbr to the sand/cement mixture too? If yes, what proportion...
