    I've uploaded some photos of where I think the problem might be, it looks like the water has got in under the flashing where it joins the rubber roof. I'm not going to try to fix it myself, I'll happily pay somebody!

    Hello, around 2 weeks ago we had the old barge boards, which where rotten and full of holes replaced with new treated timber boards. Since then there has been noisy creaking and groaning from them. My partner thinks it's birds nesting, since there was many old birds nests inside the old boards...

    Hello, I've get 9 new internal doors. All made from pippy oak and I need to varnish them. Before applying Johnson's Clear Varnish do I need to use knotting solution? I used it on on skirting boards prior to painting and it left a orange stain around the knots, I'm concerned the orange stain...
