    my thoughts aswell john, only noticed it when i started to fit it. it asked to install the screen 15mm from the edge of the base.

    no i checked the instructions does not mention anything. just shows that it the glass sits on the the stone base :( no idea how to sort this

    Also now have a small prob where the shower is I tiled just slightly over the connection which means my freshly laid tiles 1 need to come off :;

    The connection is water tight the now with pushfit is there a reason why they was they want 15mm compression does it help water flow or something ?

    I have a new shower that asked for a 15mm brass compression how ever I went to b&q and the plumber said go for the the pushfit as its quick and easy . Anyway my question is do I need to use the brass compression if so will this be ok to be used on plastic pipe?

    Hi I live in a new build our builders left us with all the piping etc for a shower how ever they have left me with a hole and a waste stack in the cement it has a cap on it. My question is how do I connect a shower waste to it and how do I remove the cap. Also I need to get this sorted today...
