    just tried british gas web site £198 fixed price repair. back to the phone tomorrow. no chance of me being able to replace fuse etc?

    johnD...hehe yes ....in my head :wink: Have looked for water, no sign of leak/water. superdupergasman...............thanks Will try british gas for quote. Cheapest quote today was £80 to look at it which seemed a lot to me.

    I take it that means I have to take the cladding off the side of the bath then. I was hoping that there was a way to do it without doing that. will I need to get a spanner set to do it?

    sorry, must be really easy to do but my bath overflow is blocked and I don't know how to unblock it. found out the hard way and flooded downstairs :oops:
