I thought it was a positive pressure against the casing. But agree in that you get a 2nd opinion, easy fix if it’s the door seal and or grommets.

Can’t you cut the grey pipe a turn it 90o clockwise. You should get a pipe through the gap then.

hi all, My wifi hub is located in a small cupboard dirctly under the stairs. If i was to cut a vent in the cuboard door would this improve the wifi signal in other parts of the house? Thanks, Bb1

A lockshild valve is used to balance the heating system. If you have a thurmo without the head, it would be like having a fully open lockshild. So it depends on how sensitive your system is. If you only have a 7 or so rads I would not worry. But if other rads start to struggle you better swap it...
