on my worcester bosch 280 rsf boiler the temperature dial makes no difference to the hot water weather it turned on lo or high the water stays the same temp can does any body know why this is and what can i do to solve the problem

if i turn my taps on full the water graduly get cooler if i turn them to half way the water gets hotter i have a worcester bosch 280 rsf boiler does any one now why this is happening

how can i correct this so when i put the taps on full the water is hottest
