Hi, I always screw stud walls together. If you need to adjust it whilst constructing it you can simply undo them. Plus they never ride out. Use 12.5mm plasterboard and screw them to the studs. Again, screws dont ride out so the heads wont popthe plaster.

Hi, You can buy stainless steel studs and use a resin adhesive to bond them into holes drilled into the wall. Use spacers between the joist and the wall and then washers and nuts the other side of the joist.

If the flexible decorators caulk does not work use mastic but only if you are papering over the top as paint alone will not adhere to mastic. Wet a scraper and smooth over the mastic. Make sure you rake out the crack first to get a better depth of mastic into the crack.

Is the plaster completely dry yet? Did they put scrim tape on the joints before plastering? If not, Rip it out and start over!! If they are just minor drying / shrinkage craks you can scrape them out and fill the will a gyproc based filler.

Pathways and shed bases should be 100mm / 4 inches and driveways must be at least 150mm / 6 inches thick. You can reduce the thickness of the concrete to 4 inches if you add steel re-enforcing mesh into it but i would personally go for 6 inches. You would therefore need 1 cubic metre of concrete.
