    Thank you. The removals chappie was here yesterday and seemed extremely knowledgeable. He's happy to take the arms off if needed, and that's a good suggestion about the door. Thanks again. :)

    I also had another look at the dimensions on the DFS site and there's a small note that says the arms can come off for easier delivery, but not entirely sure how easy that is. Yes I have room above the door frame, thanks for the suggestion.

    I am buying a property which needs extensive refurbishment. The uPVC front door frame is exactly the same height as the length of my settee and the width is too narrow for it, so it would have to go through vertically and swivel round, which is fine as there is plenty of room inside, but no room...

    IT was working fine when we moved in seven weeks ago, but I turned it off as the room was being left empty. I now need it warmed up as the room will be occupied. All the radiators have the valves that need pliers to turn them on or off, but for some reason I can't get any heat in the radiator...

    Ok, I moved into house seven weeks ago and after the oil delivery chap had bled the system from the external boiler, all was working fine. As not all the rooms needed to be heated, plus oil being a bit expensive, I thought I'd turn off some of the radiators. I now need one of them back on, but...
