Update, I had to admit defeat and call for a plumber! He used the tap reviver kit, and apparently there was also an airlock.

It is not as simple as I was hoping it would be, there are no individual shut off valves fitted, and having looked at what is happening in her bathroom I am not sure if it is just the tap, the toilet cistern is filling VERY slowly.

lol not completely dumb! I know how to turn the water off to the tap, and I own an adjustable spanner. :lol:
However I have no idea what to do after I have taken the top off the tap.

Hi, an elderly lady I know has just phoned me because she can not get any cold water from her basin tap, the toilet is filling normally, she has a cold water tank in the attic, and a hot water cylinder in an airing cupboard.
Her downstairs taps are all fine. Any ideas as to the cause? thanks...

I have no idea if they are in series, the wiring was already in place, I just removed the old lights (non sensor)and replaced them with the two new lights. I thought this was going to be easy!

Hi I had two outdoor lights (with no detectors, they were wired to the same switch, I bought two B&Q Penzance Dual Light Lantern With PIR ES64B and do not seem to be able to get them to work correctly, is it because they are sharing the same switch?
