Hi Carrick, I was wondering how you have got on with your case against Marley Eternit? I too have the exact same problem with the Marquess tile. I've had my letter back from them saying "Its natural weathering". I have only just started my "journey" with this problem and was hoping for any information! I was so relieved too find others in the same situation as us. But in turn very angry at the brush off people are getting from Marley Eternit. Kindest Regards Vicky (May battle commence!)
