Yeah the plumber did mention something about the taps being new and all new taps are now for high pressure systems to try and save water??? Sorry but what is a mi's? I have had a look aroung homebase, b&Q etc trying to find a different tap....guess I need one that operates at a very low bar?

Thanks JohnD, I have electric radiators hence the immersion heater. Yes I've heard electric showers can sometimes produce a poor flow rate. I will take your advise and start a new question.... :)
