    Adding loft lighting

    Not sure if your loft is like my one, but most are brown in colour & i fitted 3x25w led bulbs & the light is perfect. This is a bungalow & the lofts are often larger. I also found the 6000K brighter, but not so warm.

    Opinions on this please

    The other thing to look into is if its liable for seperate council tax. There are a few been caught out on granny flats. Make sure it don't have an aerial on the roof or sat dish.
