    Texecom Premier Instant Arm

I've had to swap out a faulty Menvier Panel for a new Premier Elite 24. On the Menvier I could instant set a part arm e.g. enter the code and press C would set without any exit delays. I can't find the equivalent in Wintex as the instant arm seems to apply to Areas only. Have I missed...

Why would I want the hot water to be fully up to temperature at 1am? Are you saying there's no way to disable the hot water side ?

Genus 27 RFFI Hot Water control

My gas bill is nearly £2000 per year and I'm sure most people only have their hot water on for a couple of hours in the morning and a couple of hours in the evening. My system keeps the water hot 24h per day.

Genus 27 RFFI Hot Water control

I've got a Genus 27 RFFI which is currently set for continuous hot water i.e. 24h per day. I want to put this on a timer but the installation guide only refers to wiring in the room thermostat/central heating controller. Where are the connections at the boiler end?

Reducing current taken by an immersion heater

I want to dump the excess power from my PV array into the water but I'm not likely to have 3kw spare. I appreciate the second law of thermodynamics but as the power is free I don't care if it takes three times as long !

Reducing current taken by an immersion heater

Does anyone know of a commercial device that will reduce the current taken by my 3Kw immersion heater down to 1 or 2 Kw. I know that I can get lower rated elements but my hot water cylinder has a non standard fitting so I'm stuck with it.
