Hi. I reported a radiator not working at a property I work at as there was no heat when the valve was open and all the other radiators were hot. A few days later and the radiator is hot. Anyone know how this can happen? A fault or by design?

Holding the bulb firmly doesn't have any effect. It remains off.

One day a few days ago I pulled the chord and there was no light. I've tried working bulbs from other light fittings and new bulbs, they all flicker for a fraction of a second then go off permanently.

Mystery solved, thanks though. I came across the box for them. Charger / power cable and adapters (although for a different kind of pro, but at least it has satisfied my curiosity!)

It was near the time when a Microsoft pro was bought but still doesn't seem right for anything. I may ask a colleague who ordered them. It's just baffling me as I have a curious nature.
