i have dot and dabbed 12.5 mm plasterboard and filled the gaps with blue hawk plaster that has sanded down nicely is there any building regs requirement to have the walls skimmed and if not is it ok just to paper over the plasterboard? thanks

my bldg inspector says i need one of these. i can seem to find all kinds of bottle gullys (roddable), and p traps are easy enough to come by, but a combination of the 2 i cant seem to find. is it possible to put a horizontal rodding pipe onto a p gulley to achieve the same effect. anyone know...

am building a conservatory with 6 bricks above dpc. 3in cavity full fill with isowoll, inner skin blocks. do i lay the outer skin first, then when dry put the insulation against it and jam it in with the inner skin blocks? thanks

i currently have a conservatory that has 8 bricks above dpc. 2in cavity. the conservatory bit is coming down and we're building on top of it. the bldg regs chap has said we need to full fill the cavity then use insulated plasterboard. trouble is, when we take the conservatory down i suspect...

for my conservatory have got what keyline call 1/4 down mix (sone and sand together). what amount of this should i mix with the cement for a conservatory base? thanks
