hi all, i want to extend my ch and put a new rad in the spare room, this involves me drilling through a ceiling joist, just not sure on the regs on where the hole needs to be in the joist, any ideas :?: thanks dave...

sounds like crank position sensor to me...

measured resistance with the connectors off one is open circuit its the flow valve is this supposed to be like this :cry:

ok just had a look could it be the high limit stat this was corroded slighty is this normal :cry:

if one of those were at fault would we still have either dhw or heating in this case both dhw and heating is inop

yeah i have to keep pressuring the system every 10 to 14 days or so. carnt see any leaks, all the rads are quite new, say about 10 months,

hi all. i keep getting air into my bathroom rad. its quite a tall rad and higher than the rest of the rads in the house, its also upstairs, the boiler is a ferroli optimax 38 c, it s supposed to be a sealed system, so why does air keep on getting there ps its ony that one rad. hope...

check connections to stater motor if all ok, suspect stater
