    Junction box

Hi, Is it ok to have 5 cables coming out of a domestic 20 amp 4 terminal junction box? They will be powering lights and a bathroom fan, via the correct isolators and switches. Thanks

    Outside lights.

Hi, i would like to know, if you can have 2 wires going out of 1 circuit breaker ? To power 2 outside lights, 1 at the front of the house and 1 at the back? Rather than having to use a JB to split the cable. Thanks

    Moving consumer unit

Thanks for the reply, its a full rewire, so all new cables will be run in. I will ask my electric provider to fit a new meter, as the one in is really old and makes a buzzing noise, so they can connect the new tails up then. I will be getting the installation fully inspected and tested.

    Moving consumer unit

Ok thanks, i didn't realise you could use tails that long. I will be boxing the cables in and they will be above head height, so shouldn't get damaged. I will have a measure up tomorrow, to see how long it is.
