What I meant to say is if you hold the tile up to the light I cannot see through it. However the tiles that have been fixed to the wall gives the appearance that I can only explain as looking like condensation.

Hi, You cant see through the tiles, and they were fixed to the wall by the tiler who told me he used the normal adhesive, and the house is only 9 year old. The tiles basically replaced old tiles that were on the wall.

ok so the installation costs for a wet Underfloor heating system compared to an electrical one is more expensive but I guess a wet system is cheaper to run. Any idea what the payback period would be and how much a wet system would cost to install for a 20m sq floor area?
