Hi I have tried using a rubber band and the drill on a slow setting (reverse) but I still cant get the screw out. Just wondering if there is anything else I can try before calling in the pro's? Many thanks

OK, I will have another go. Is it OK that I have removed the handle? Also can I use either key end of the barrel to try lining it up, or does it have to be a particular end, ie - the outside?
