Thanks for the reply Jason. I should have said I used BAL flexible grout as well as adhesive. It's been down a couple of weeks now so is thorougly dry. I've now tried giving it a wash with some diluted detergent you'd normally do floors with and the colour is much more even. Thanks again.

Any advice please? I've just finished floor tiling, using BAL flexible adhesive. As instructed, I mixed in small batches but I thnik this is why the grey grout has come out in different shades. I suspect I didn't mix as thoroughly as I should. Is there anything that will even out the colouring...
