Unevenly coloured floor tile grout

Any advice please? I've just finished floor tiling, using BAL flexible adhesive. As instructed, I mixed in small batches but I thnik this is why the grey grout has come out in different shades. I suspect I didn't mix as thoroughly as I should. Is there anything that will even out the colouring now?

What grout did you use?

If its only been in for a day it will have dried quicker in some parts than others, give it a day or two more.

Thanks for the reply Jason. I should have said I used BAL flexible grout as well as adhesive. It's been down a couple of weeks now so is thorougly dry.

I've now tried giving it a wash with some diluted detergent you'd normally do floors with and the colour is much more even.
