    The joist are 2"x4" and 18" apart. The total length is 10 foot and half way they rest on a sleeper wall on a dpc. The timbers are good and firm.

    When I lay T+G chipboard flooring is it better to leave the boards 1 mm. apart or aply Pva to avoid creaking eduardus, stop re posting your question, it is still in flooring where it belongs, you must be patient and wait for a reply. I will delete this post later moderator
