Definitely not a TT supply. Worked on a few properties in that area of town and it's all TNS systems and considering the Ze obtained from the lead sheath its a dam good earth as well.

stunlawless the biggest mistake you made was even looking at the R50 lamps. All those style of mirror backed mains voltage halogens are a pile of the proverbial unfortunately.
