Thank you, just tighten the large horizontal nut? Shall I use an adjustable spanner? Out of interest if I close the brass valve below/front all the way to the left which stops the towel rail heating up would this stop water going into the rail allowing me to listen the nut and add the white tape...

Hi, my heated towel has developed a small leak, I have attached a photo, it seems to be leaking from the large nut . Can I just tighten this or will I need to listen and put the white tape in? If I do listen how do I stop water flooding my bathroom? Any help really appreciated, I’m hoping to...
