    Washing machine in shower room

Interesting, thanks for the information. I thought installing a partition wall might be the answer but would appear not to be the case with a wet room. Might have a chat with the inspector but I think she will have to drop the shower or wet room idea. The room just isnt big enough anyway, I...

    Washing machine in shower room

Sorry just to be clear, I was on about building a partition wall so the wet area and toilet are in one room and the rest of the utility room in the other side of the partition.

    Washing machine in shower room

Hi all We are in the process of having a utility room and WC built. The missus has decided she now wants this to be a wet room/ shower room but obviously keep the washing machine. The room is no where near big enough for a zone 3 (2.6x1.6 internal). If a partition wall with a door was...

    Home buyer survey

When I sold last year, I chased the process of our buyers home buyers report with our estate agent as we hadn't heard anything. They said they had answered and deflected a few questions to settle our buyer. So I'm guessing they won't actually see the report but should be familiar with certain...

    Home buyer survey

If your estate agent and solicitors are any good, they should be able to 'correctly' interpret the results/concerns to your buyer.

MDPE Upgrade - Looking for some advice

Andy Mac on YT recently laid a new incoming water main as part of his house renovation, I wonder if it would be any use to you if you haven't already watched it?

    Whining Salamander Pump

Also forgot to mention during altering the pipework from the old power shower to the pump I cut out the old gate valves and installed new full bore isolators.

    Whining Salamander Pump

We don't have a panel for the bath yet but will certainly give it a try when we do. My main concern was the whining coming from the pump, would you say this is anything to be worried about? The pump performs exactly how it should. I have turned the tank stat down to a more reasonable level...

    Whining Salamander Pump

So we recently bought the house. There was just a walk in shower before with an old SupaJet power shower. I have ripped the old shower out and fitted a bath with a mixer shower (standard head, no switching modes etc). After doing my research I decided that the pipework for the old power shower...

    Whining Salamander Pump

Hi chaps. Will be brutally honest here so I can take a bit of stick if I need to. I have DIY installed a Salamander CT60BU for a mixer shower and hot basin tap, the pressure is fine but the unit is really loud and whiny. I opted for a negative head pump on Salamanders advice as I have...

It doesn't state what brand or model number of camera you will receive though. You will just have to trust they are something semi decent .

    Hikvision Confusion

Thank you. My application wouldn't really benefit from a 5mp camera unless there wasn't much price difference between that and the 3mp. Although it would be good for future proofing I were still using coax and the unit does look sleek. Thanks Chris

    Hikvision Confusion

Hey guys, new here but kinda been lurking around for a bit and like the forum. A while ago I bought an a bought a basic 1 camera CCTV kit from work that was on clearance. It's D1 resolution so pretty horrible but for £30 it was probably worth it just for the included 1TB WD Purple hard drive...
