Neighbour's waste pipes creating grey water flood against our wall

Neighbour's kitchen drainage pipes routinely fall apart emptying a few loads every day of dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen sink water onto a paved path in their garden. The water floods their path and lays against our garden wall and is no doubt causing some damage and is certainly eroding...

neighbours growing ivy on our old lime and mortar brick wall

k... so the ivy has attached itself to our wall due to ivy 'going forth and multiplying' lack of control or the neighbours wish to cover the wall.......(or lack of common sense) so is growing ivy onto our wall a trespass? ...when it has penetrated between the bricks where it has 'eaten' into...

neighbours growing ivy on our old lime and mortar brick wall

Thanks for the advice so far... They own the house. Being a victorian house, the damp course here is very probably slate. Very probably the ground became saturated with the grey water flooding undermining the garden wall in a couple of places. An issue developed with our electrics...

neighbours growing ivy on our old lime and mortar brick wall

facias and coax cable and windows

just having some roof work done... spotted this evening: 1. the tv coax cable threaded under the facia. not a good idea imho, opinions welcome. 2. the facia over hangs the top of 2 windows slightly - have they used the wrong size facia board. from inside the house it notices that the...

Lead flashing - to neighbours when inch gap between houses

The inch gap is literally a gap between 2 terrace houses where the houses were built independently. You have to look closely to even notice it. Though the houses are slightly staggered, so their firewall is higher one end of the house and lower at the other.. :( Guess they wouldn't build like...
