Cheers ban-all-sheds - I should have stated that I the fuses would be changing accordingly. Just wondered if there was another way around it, as this way one FCU would be above worktop and the other one below.

Hi Sarah, Were you ever able to diagnose the fault, i have a Turbomax with exactly the same problem. If you have any advice it would be really appreciated as I have already replaced the diverter valve and secondary heat exchange. Thanks Gordon :(
