Single occupancy - we haven't rented it out yet - just preparing... I don't know why my wife got the 2nd hand one at £800 when for another £250ish I think... she could have had a brand new one???
As for providing the instructions with the cooker I asked that. It would have been so much more...
OK thanks...
And that is not quite what I meant - but I can see how you have interpreted what I said :D
I run engine dyno test cells. I do not do any mains electricity or gas connection work - but I do make connections and install test equipement, fuel connections, test gas analyser lines etc -...
OK - we have sourced a replacement cooker - similar dual fuel. Presumably same connections.
I have contacted a company to do a 'landlord gas safety check' and asked if they can connect up the replacement oven whilst they are there. The receptionist says legally they cannot install the oven...
I have a Diplomat Dual Fuel Range oven - DF1100aDL which is having electrical glitches.

I had something like this on some of my boards - I assumed it was something to do with the preservative reacting with the resin from the pine. - It occured more around areas with knots in...
Decking Oil is what yer want!
I am very impressed by the finish. I used 'Cuprinol Decking Oil and Protector' with Oak tint - it looks great. Best price I could find was screwfix ~ £30 for 5 litres. Enough for 2 coats on 6 x 5 deck.
HTH
It's great stuff - I love the colour :D
I did my deck - and my teak patio furniture - best they've looked for years
Can't comment on longevity of oil finish - only built deck this summer...
Joists should be every 400 mm!
This is mine...
Haven't got a pic with the oil yet - but used Curinol Decking Oil and Protector in Oak - I absolutely love the result!
