Is it the right hand had side when looking from the outside, up the pitch? And is it the right hand side that is cut so the interlock edge remains on the tile? Thanks
Great, yes I've allowed 50mm overhang on both sides. I think with a bit of shunt I can get it to be a half tile on the end, so hopefully will be fine. thanks

House built 1972. Yes cavity wall. Yes house has cavity wall. Yes joists and rafters sat on interior wall. I'd say pitch is about 35 degrees. Roof covering is concrete tile. Original covering. The only roof work done is we had a dry ridge fitted 18 months ago.
