Hi,
We bought our house a few years ago which we've been doing up and have decided we want to knock through into our integral garage to make our front room bigger and have a downstairs loo.
I'm going to sort out the planning permission this week but want to know what plans I need to...

Which is going to last longer?
Which is cheaper?
Anyone know that approx price per sq metre for tarmac to be laid?
Thanks
