Any suggestions on how to take up just a row of tiles from a ply board? Anytime I have tried I have ended up having to take up the whole floor!!

Cause I'd have to take the tray out first, which is fitted and sealed. I'd then have to take back up the floor tiles, fix the floor board (couldn't replace it as I would have to move the partition wall) then put it all back in. Like I said, a nightmare! Any suggestions how to fix the floor...

? No. I didn't bed it on mortar. I just got it level then sealed it to both walls (plasterboard) and sealed the edging. I have a feeling that one of the floor boards are moving slightly underneath.

Yep - think it is. WHY????

Its absoutly not the ensuite. The reason I mentioned that was because we were certain that was the problem,. But thats all fitted now and that room is smell free. When you walk up to the wall in question and press you noise anywhere near it you get the smell. Its certainly the wall!!
