Because of toilet cistern slow overflow I changed Ball& Float to new except the inlet pipe but still water slowly coming in. Is it possible the inlet pipe is leaking.

I have a faulty 2 Port Sunvic either a SZM 1801motorised or Actuator for hot water. Would a Honeywell fit the sunvic fittings. Photo of the Sunvic that is fitted

Wish to use light colour emulsion over a coloured paper. Would i need to cover it first with white emulsion
