Whirling Noise Programmer

CentaurPlus C21 Two Channel Central Heating and Hot Water Programmer

Every so often a Whirling Noise comes from Programmer as if it was resetting itself.
never heard this before. Just had the valves replaced from Sunvic to Myson
Would this cause noise

That programmer is electronic, so is incapable of making any noise other than the occasional click when the relays inside are turned on or off.

Motorised valves can certainly make noises, usually more evident when they close.

The noise you are hearing is most certainly the motorised valves closing they are spring return and make a whirring noise when closing, this is perfectly normal and cant be adjusted or over ridden in any way
