Central Heating.....Not switched on!!!

I have a, Horstmann centaurplus c27 two channel Programmer. The pump, is a Grundfos. My problem is, when on auto, the Hot Water / Central Heating.....comes on Outside the programmed times, even though they are both in the OFF POSITION, with no red lights on!!!
Would appriciate some advice. Ta...D

You might get away with wd40 on the sticking micro switch in the valve which is causing you the problem , what make of valve do you have

turn the power off first
