I've not seen halves for the bevel edge tiles but have done a few kitchens with glass brick style tiles which you can get a half tile for, ideal for external corners and stopped ends. Well infact they are a fraction shorter than half to allow for a grout line. J

You can also drill the two cupboard sides for shelf pins and just set the back pins one hole below the front and that will tilt all your shelves. J

A 1lbs cut is quite a weak mix so you won't get an off the shelf polish that weak. You could buy one with a known cut and then dilute it to get what you want. You can buy small digital gram scales of e-bay for about a fiver, often sold for weighing gold and odd powders :wink: J

The "cut" refers to the strength of the mix. a 1lbs cut is 1lbs of shelac flakes to one US gallon (3.8lts) of alcahol So just proporting your mix accordingly as you won't want that amount so you would want about 30grams shelac to 250mls alcahol, 120g per litre, etc Transparent shelac...

I'd probably come down a bit on the thickness of the timber as 10mm may be a bit thick and start to pull your doors. I've used the Eclisse door gear a few times and its well made, slide quite smoothly and decent instructions. I get it from Ironmongery Direct but there are other suppliers. J

Get white faced 18mm MDF its better than the 15mm chipboard but has the same surface finish, you will just need to lip the edges. You can buy centre supports for hanging rail but I prefer not to go over 600mm long if possible. J
