Thanks Wayners, I really don't know but Id assume having done a 3 full coats after the mist one that it couldn't seep through? Im going to do another one and use a long pile roller which is 12" hopefully that helps.

its not patchy in terms of overall colour, just looks like the colour is a light grey and not white?

I dont think they were desperate for the work and it was 4 weeks lead time before they had a gap. There is always a risk unless you know them & their work but sometimes you just have to go on online reviews if you dont and they have great reviews across a couple of different sites and google...

Adding to this, I am also wondering what the cost would likely be for a tradesperson to level the concrete areas (20 M2) and also concrete over the paving slab area (10 M2) so that I could lay porcelain tiles myself?

long time reader, first time posting.
I've attached pics of paving and some concrete slabs in my garden.
The paving I want to use some time of cement mortar to fill in the gaps to stop weeds coming through... and I wanted to see if there were any recommendations (avail in the UK)...
