I've been left with no central heating downstairs and limited heating upstairs since Christmas eve, after being told by British Gas that my problem is probably down to 'sludging' which I'm not covered for (as they mentioned in on a recent annual service) even though I'm paying for the all-singing-all-dancing service contract - so now I'm having to use my gas fire and 2 electric radiators to generate some heat - and it's almost freezing in Morpeth - anyone willing to give me a second opinion? the boiler is about 19 years old an and Apollo Fanfare - help!
