Can anyone tell me if it is ok to pressure wash block paving. I don't want to undermine the bedding sand, and be left with blocks moving all over the place after. And would I need to brush block paving sand in after the clean,also what is the purpose of this sand...

Hi, I have a combi boiler Vaillant. I have recently fitted the Fernox TF1 filter,and thourouly cleaned each rad after having fernox cleaner in the system for over a week. Ever since the rad in the hallway constantly gurgles.I have tried all sorts of bleeding options to clear the problem...

Looks like a problem with expansion vessel, ie needs pressurising

Can anyone please tell me if thermostatic valves should be fitted to the flow or the return. on a combi vaillant boiler. as I uderstand it should be the flow. I have found 8 of mine are fitted to the return...

Hi Is it acceptable to tile straight on to bare plasterboard, ie with no plaster finish in a bathroom. and would you have to tile to the reverse side or the plaster side of the board. I will be using BAL GREENSTAR, adhesive.. Thanks

Hi , My vaillant eco is roughly 10 years old and as started regularly to get this fault Number on it ( fault 23 ) it clears when I reset it. Does any one know what this fault refers to. Thanks
