Really would appreciate some advice on this one. (1) Is there anyway of removing the stain (assume not) or (2) What product could I use to stain the tiles a darker colour to cover the stain? Thanks

    Cleaning stain on travertine

Not really sure what the source of the stain, with children & incontent relatives could be anything. I used LTP Colour Intensifier & stainblock, colour enghancing tile sealer - which was sold to be with the tiles from the supplier as suitable for the job. So is this lithofin? Is there...

    Cleaning stain on travertine

I dont but think it was grey. I purchased what was recommended by the shop - it was a flexible adhesive (mapei). Same was used for the smaller 10 x 10cm tiles on the wall with no leach through there?

    Cleaning stain on travertine

Not sure what this stain is in the downstairs toilet, however oringinally the tiles were sealed but to be honest not done it since then. (1) Any ideas how to remove this stain ? (2) How often should I be re-sealing the floor? Thanks

    Leaking pan connector

Thanks for all the ideas / comments. Solved it in the end adding a 90 deg fixed bend & by using a McAlpine product specificaly for backto wall pans - which has worm drive hose clip instead of push fit. Cheers

    Leaking pan connector

seco services - Sounds like the way forward. If I use a standard 90 deg pan connector on the soilt pipe this lines up with the pan spiggot. But then need an extention since the pan sits a bit further out. Its a back to wall pan. 45yearsagasman - Yes checked, its the pan connector.

    Leaking pan connector

Complete refit of an ensuit bathroom with a shower, so everything has come out with new back to wall units fitted and a shower. Ironcaly the simplist part of the job seems to be the biggest headach. I have a drip / leak between the pan spiggot (outlet on pan) and the flixible pan connector...
