The supplier described it as a high performance thermostatic shower mixer supplied by Claygate. Looking at the Claygate website it looks very similar to the "Hudson Reed Minimalist Thermostatic Bar Valve LP2". Yes, the shower head was changed too.

In case it helps anyone, loading new PCM software did NOT fix the problem, but fitting a new throttle body unit seems to have done the trick.

I don't know anything about cars, but I did a search for this code because my local garage tells me this is reason why my light is also coming on. Thanks Bahco. I did try showerdoc, but in the end I got a response from AQUALISA. They indicated the model, the spare part I needed and how to remove it from the wall. Anyway, let's see what happens when the spare part arrives. Once again, thanks.
