    Yes water comes out. This area was always damp, and when it rains heavy there's a a stream, I assumed it was an overflowing gutter.

    Hi, That is the foundation to their extension. The pipe is 60cm deep. It looks like they cut the pipe when digging the foundation to their extension.

    hi, Ive been digging around in my backyard and found my rainwater pipe has been cut. I followed the pipe and found that it has been cut right at their new extensions. I moved in after the extension. And new neighbors have moved in. But it looks like it has been cut to lay their foundation...

    That was installed before I moved in, its a butt washer type. Its not in use, the head fell off a few years ago, someday when I redo the bathroom that will get taken out. Anyway lets focus on the waste water. Any educated guess on where I should dig or look? Maybe remove a few bricks?

    hi, I am trying to build a utility with a sink and washing machine and I cannot find a place for the waste water to go. The plumber told me to dig under the toilet and make a hole big enough for him to fit into and he will fit the pipes. Ive dug under the toilet 60cm wide and about 80cm deep...

    Sorry for the late reply... There is no cavity tray. The lead is dug in a couple cm. I am hesitant letting the shaky roofers around here remove a row of bricks to install a cavity tray. Is there another option?

    It only leaks 1-2 times a year when it rains heavy and theres a strong wind into the main wall.
