Muggles, one final question as just looked at nest. Is it literally just the 3rd gen thermostat you buy (comes with hub I believe)? Is there something extra that gets wired in to the boiler?

Happy with PIRs that are installed currently etc, my wife is purely looking to be able to turn this on/ off remotely from bed. We have cctv installed as well as ring doorbell already so not concerned with remote monitoring etc. Thanks
